In between our scheduled courses we are also happy to organise and run stag/hen weekends with a bushcrafty theme, corporate team building days, subject specific training courses for groups and private day courses focusing on a particular skill or technique such as fire lighting by friction, foraging wild plants for food and medicine, survival trapping, carving a spoon with axe and knife; these are just some of the skills that can be mastered in a day.

'As best man, it was at first daunting to organise a decent weekend for a group of guys but Joe at Wilderness Survival was a huge help in the planning of the weekend, tailoring it to our needs and being flexible to include some additonal stag fun...and making some great suggestions and planning out a weekend we all had a great time on. our two instructors were very easy going, clear and did a great job adding to the fun we were having. We learned a huge amount of interesting stuff over the weekend and feel confident that if nuclear war ever breaks out we'll be ready to survive off the land!.
