Specialists in outdoor wilderness survival courses

Glenn White

Glenn WhiteGlenn has spent most of his adult life working with wood as a green woodworker, timber frame carpenter and professional bushcraft instructor since 2004.  He specialises in axe and knife work such as felling and processing greenwood, spoon and bowl carving, pixie tickling and many other woodland crafts.

Through his understanding of working wood and great love of the outdoors he has developed a holistic approach to bushcraft which comes across in his teaching style. Virtually brimming over with stories of folklore and legend, useful hints and tips about living a comfortable existence among the trees and an extensive knowledge of medicinal plants based on personal experience you would be wise to have a notebook and pencil handy when he opens his mouth.

An excellent sense of humour and a sharp wit, coupled with a professional appraoch to leading a group and the ability to get instruction across clearly, makes Glenn an inspiring motivating and popular teacher in all things, especially bushcraft.  However, if you see him reaching for his ukelele run for the hills!

Glenn also turns out some mighty fine furniture made from mighty Oak trees.  Visit here for more details:
